Effective Date: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 1, 2026
Leadbomb.com ("Leadbomb," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of YK Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal address at 1021 E Lincolnway Suite 6574, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of the Leadbomb platform, including all related websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to two categories of individuals:
- Users: Individuals and businesses who register for, access, or use the Service.
- Data Subjects: Individuals whose publicly available contact information or business data may appear in search results generated by the Service.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR PRACTICES, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide to Us (User Data)
When you register for an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or interact with the Service, we may collect:
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and password.
- Billing Information: Payment method details (e.g., credit card number, billing address). Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, support requests, or correspondence you send to us.
- Search Inputs: Keywords, location filters, and other search parameters you enter into the Service. We collect this data to deliver search results and may retain it for analytics, service improvement, and usage monitoring purposes.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and duration of visit.
- Device Information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Features used, search frequency, number of queries performed, and interaction patterns within the Service.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. See Section 7 for details.
1.3 Information Surfaced Through the Service (Third-Party Public Data)
The Service retrieves publicly available data from third-party search engine and mapping API providers, which may include:
- Email addresses appearing on publicly accessible web pages indexed by search engines.
- Business names, addresses, website URLs, and phone numbers listed in public business directories and mapping services.
This data is not collected by us. It is queried in real-time from third-party API providers based on your search inputs. We act as a search interface, not a data collector or data broker. We do not independently scrape, crawl, or harvest this information. We do not maintain a persistent, centralized database of personal contact information. Search results may be temporarily cached for performance purposes, but such caching is transient and not used to build or enrich a standing data repository.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing your search queries and delivering results.
- Account Management: To create and manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you about your subscription.
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage trends, monitor Service performance, identify bugs, and develop new features.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Communications: To send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts) and, with your consent where required, promotional communications about the Service. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
We do not use your personal information to build user profiles for advertising purposes or sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (e.g., Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Third-Party API Providers: When you perform a search, your search query (keyword and optional location) is transmitted to our third-party search engine and mapping API providers to generate results. We do not transmit your personal account information (name, email, etc.) to these providers.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
4. DATA RETENTION
- Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon account deletion or termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, complying with legal obligations).
- Search Query Logs: We may retain anonymized or aggregated search query data for analytics and service improvement purposes. Identifiable search logs are retained for no longer than twelve (12) months unless required for security investigations or legal compliance.
- Billing Records: We retain billing and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws.
- Search Results (Public Data): Search results retrieved from third-party APIs are not permanently stored. Temporary caching may occur for performance optimization, after which cached data is automatically purged.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest.
- Access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

7.1 What We Use
We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

7.3 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, we do not alter our data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals.
8. INFORMATION FOR DATA SUBJECTS (INDIVIDUALS IN SEARCH RESULTS)
8.1 Source of Data
If your email address, phone number, business name, or other contact information appears in Leadbomb search results, that information was retrieved from publicly accessible sources through third-party search engine and mapping API providers. We did not collect this data directly from you.
8.2 What We Do Not Do
- We do not hack, infiltrate, or access any private system to obtain your information.
- We do not access information behind login screens, paywalls, or other access restrictions.
- We do not bypass any technical protection measures or security controls.

- The search query or context in which the information appeared (if known).
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to suppress the specified information from future search results within thirty (30) days of receiving a valid request. We recommend also contacting the source website(s) and the relevant search engine(s) to request removal at the source.
8.4 EEA Data Subjects
If you are located in the European Economic Area and your personal data appears in Leadbomb search results, you may exercise your rights under GDPR as described in Section 6.2. Our lawful basis for processing publicly available personal data surfaced through the Service is legitimate interest — specifically, the legitimate interest of our users in accessing publicly available business contact information for lawful commercial purposes. You have the right to object to this processing, and we will honor valid objection requests by suppressing your data from future results.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed at and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address provided in Section 12.
