LeadBomb Refund Policy

1. Overview
LeadBomb is a business-to-business (B2B) lead generation and data service. By purchasing a plan or credits, you represent that you are acquiring our service for commercial purposes. This policy explains when refunds are available and when all sales are final.
2. 7-Day Limited Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if all of the following conditions are met:
- For credit-based plans: You have used less than 10% of the credits included in your purchase.
- For unlimited plans: You have consumed fewer than 100 credits' worth of usage (measured by leads generated, exported, or otherwise extracted).
- The refund is requested within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
- The request is submitted to support@leadbomb.io from the email address associated with your account.
If any of these conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.
3. All Sales Final After the Refund Window
After the 7-day window, or once usage thresholds in Section 2 are exceeded — whichever occurs first — all sales are final. This includes, without limitation:
- Subscription renewals (monthly, annual, or otherwise)
- Credit top-ups and add-on purchases
- Upgrades and downgrades
- Unused credits or unused subscription time
- Cancellations made after the refund window
We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused portions of any plan.
4. Why Sales Are Final
LeadBomb delivers data immediately upon use. Once leads, contact information, or other data have been generated or exported, the service has been irrevocably rendered and the data cannot be returned or unsent. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this nature of the service.
5. No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction
Fees pay for access to the platform and the ability to generate leads — they do not guarantee any specific outcome, lead quality, email deliverability rate, conversion rate, response rate, or business result. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with lead quality, accuracy, or deliverability
- Failure to achieve desired marketing or sales outcomes
- Change of mind or change in business needs
- Lack of use after purchase
- Misunderstanding of features (please review our FAQ and documentation before purchasing)
6. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
Notwithstanding the above, we will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by our billing system
- Extended platform downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours that materially prevents you from using the service, where the downtime is attributable to LeadBomb (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages)
- Unauthorized charges verified through our fraud review process
- Cases where a refund is required by applicable law
7. EU, UK, and EEA Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under the Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK law.
By completing your purchase and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly request that LeadBomb begin delivering the service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Because LeadBomb provides immediate access to data generation upon purchase, the service is deemed to begin at the moment of purchase.
If you did not provide this consent, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used the service.
This Section 7 does not apply to business customers, who are excluded from consumer protection laws in most EU/UK jurisdictions.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund eligible under Sections 2 or 6, email support@leadbomb.io with:
- The email address on your LeadBomb account
- The transaction ID or date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review eligible requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@leadbomb.io before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We maintain detailed usage logs (including timestamps of every lead generated and exported) and will provide this evidence to your bank or card network in response to disputes. Filing a chargeback for a charge that does not qualify for a refund under this policy may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription time.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect. Your continued use of LeadBomb after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
